In any event, once I did this, I entered the licence key from Key-Mart and the Microsoft Visio software actually registered with Microsoft as valid! I can’t remember if I had to enter the key # before or after downloading the software. So, I had to go to Google and figure out how to download and install the software from Microsoft myself.
